This search comes at a poignant moment in our academy's history, as Mary Sue Reutebuch,
our esteemed and beloved Head of School, faces a health challenge that necessitates transitioning from her current role.
We are now seeking a visionary leader who can guide MPA through its next chapter while upholding the values and principles that make our academy special. We value a Head of School who can continue to inspire our vibrant teachers while nurturing and guiding our student's intellectual, emotional, social, and physical growth. This educational leader will be a champion
of Montessori education committed to fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment that welcomes families from all walks of life in the Rockford area.
