Admissions Process

Information Sessions

Seton hosts virtual and on-campus information sessions for those interested in enrollment for the school year or the Summer Camp programs. Information sessions require prior registration.

Space is limited, and sessions will be organized by age group. If you have multiple children, please register for a session based on your youngest child’s age.

Information Sessions typically last 45 minutes to an hour. To allow for the fullest opportunity to get your individual questions answered, the Information Session is for adults only.

Register for a Virtual Tour

Schedule a call via Zoom with our head of school, Anna Perry! This is a great opportunity to learn more about the Montessori educational philosophy, and MCHNB’s programs, and ask questions.

Complete an application

After attending a Virtual Tour, applications can be emailed*, mailed, or dropped off in person along with the $75 non-refundable application fee (payable by check or money order).

*Please note that applications will not be considered active until the application fee is received.

Attend an On-Site Tour

Once an application with payment has been received, families can schedule an On-Site tour, to see our classrooms and outdoor spaces. A 30-minute walk-through will allow you to see all of the school’s best features and where your children will be spending different parts of their day.

Enrollment & Orientation

If a placement is offered, families will be notified by email. An enrollment deposit will be collected to secure the spot. If a student is placed in a waiting pool, the family will be notified by phone or email when a space becomes available.

After availability has been determined, families are contacted to schedule an individual introduction meeting with their child’s teacher.
