Eva Parrucci

Eva Parrucci is the Director of Pedagogy at Seton Montessori Institute. She is responsible for supporting the development and work of the Institute faculty as well as guiding and assisting students in their academic work. She is a presenter in all of Seton’s courses, specializing in music, sensorimotor development, history of education, and community and family relations. She has a long history and passion for teaching Parent-Infant and Parent-Child classes at Seton’s lab schools and consults regularly on the creation of similar programs in other settings. Eva has worked as Administrator for Rogers Park Montessori School, Adjunct Faculty at DePaul University’s School of New Learning and Elgin Community College, and teacher and coordinator at SEARCH Development Center in Chicago. She served as a founding member of the AMS Teacher Education Action Commission, representing the Infant and Toddler level.

Eva holds AMS credentials in Infant and Toddler Education, Early Childhood Education, and Montessori School Administration. She received a Bachelor of Music degree in Music Education and Therapy from DePaul University in Chicago, IL, a Master of Arts degree in Family and Community Counseling from Northeastern Illinois University in Chicago, IL, and a Certificate of Business Administration in Non-Profit Management from the University of Illinois in Chicago, IL.
