Lead Montessori Guide – Lake Hills Montessori (Tulsa Campus)
Lake Hills Montessori Tulsa is seeking a passionate, dedicated Lead Guide to join our growing community of child-centered educators. Our school is committed to nurturing independence, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning through authentic Montessori practices.
The Lead Guide will create a prepared environment that supports each child’s academic, social, and emotional development while fostering strong relationships with families and colleagues. This role is ideal for an educator who values collaboration, purposeful observation, and guiding children to reach their fullest potential.
Key Responsibilities Include:
• Leading a Montessori classroom with fidelity to Montessori philosophy
• Planning and delivering engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons
• Observing, assessing, and supporting individual student growth
• Maintaining a calm, organized, and inspiring classroom environment
• Communicating effectively with parents and school leadership
Preferred Qualifications:
• Montessori certification (or working toward certification)
• Classroom experience with early childhood or elementary students
• Strong communication and classroom leadership skills
• Passion for child-centered education
