Job Title: 3-6 Lead Teacher

Description: The 3-6 teacher will be responsible for preparing and implementing Montessori-aligned lesson plans while guiding children through activities that foster independence and learning. Responsibilities include creating a nurturing and stimulating environment, regularly communicating with students' families, mentoring and supporting students in their development, and collaborating with fellow teachers and administration to enhance the educational experience in the classroom. Qualifications:

-Must have Certification in Montessori education for ages 3-6
-Proficiency in lesson planning and designing developmentally appropriate activities
-Strong communication skills for collaborating with colleagues, students, and families
-Prior experience with Montessori methods or early childhood education
-Experience in Teaching and classroom management
-Passion for fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment
