Job Title: Infant-Toddler Teacher
Description: Montessori Children’s Academy is seeking a compassionate, reliable, and nurturing Infant-Toddler Teacher to join our dedicated team. Key Responsibilities:
*Create and maintain a safe, clean, and developmentally appropriate environment for infants and toddlers.
*Implement a Montessori-inspired curriculum that promotes independence, self-discovery, and social-emotional growth.
*Observe and document children's progress through authentic assessment and anecdotal records.
*Maintain daily routines that include care activities, work cycles, outdoor play, and rest periods.
*Collaborate with fellow teachers and administrators to support the classroom.
*Model gentle, respectful, and responsive caregiving.
Qualifications:
*Experience working with children ages 0–3 in a group setting.
Understanding of child development and Montessori philosophy.
*CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
*Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and meet the physical demands of working with young children.
*Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
*Warm, calm, flexible, and professional demeanor.
