Job Title: Assistant Teacher

Description: Beverly Montessori School is seeking a full-time Assistant Teacher to join our early childhood team. Our fully accredited Montessori school, serving children ages 3–6, is looking for a caring, dependable individual who enjoys working with young children and is eager to contribute to a respectful, joyful learning community.

The Assistant Teacher will support the Lead Teacher in maintaining a nurturing Montessori classroom, assist children with daily routines, help prepare and care for the Montessori environment, and foster children's independence and confidence.

Qualified applicants should have strong communication and teamwork skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine love of working with children. Experience in an early childhood setting is preferred; Montessori experience is a plus but not required.
