Description: 2026–2027 School Year | Begins Mid-August What better way to evangelize than by sharing the Good News with young people? Seton Academy, a Catholic Montessori school in Villa Park, Illinois, is seeking a Middle School (Adolescent) Coordinator to support our small mixed-age classroom of students ages 11–13. Located in a quiet neighborhood, Seton Academy offers spacious classrooms, a supportive parent community, and a welcoming, family-oriented work environment. This position is an excellent fit for a parent with school-aged children, a college student pursuing education, or an active retiree looking to make a meaningful difference. The Middle School Coordinator will: ● Foster a positive, faith-filled classroom environment. ● Coordinate tutors and enrichment instructors for core subject areas. ● Supervise students during independent work periods and help keep them engaged and on task. ● Support organization, communication, and the day-to-day rhythm of the classroom. ● Encourage students' growth in responsibility, collaboration, and independence. Hours are flexible during the school week, with the possibility of expanding to a full-time position based on the candidate's availability and the needs of the program.
